Study of an Excavated Vacuum Tube

Description
A long time ago, I was helping clean up an old dumping site in rural Missouri. This vacuum tube was among the decades of trash I pulled from the sinkhole. It had cracked while in the ground and pulled in water from the ground. As an object, it fascinated me. This is a study I made of it as an odd object with an interesting history. I still have it among my collection of curiosities.
